Houserules

We are pleased to welcome you to our B&B in Besse-et-Saint-Anastaise. To ensure that everyone can enjoy a pleasant stay, we ask you to respect the following agreements.

Arrival and departure

Arrival is possible between 4:30 PM and 9:00 PM.

The room must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.

Those who wish to depart later can request this in advance. A surcharge of €15 will be applied for a departure after 10:00 AM. Departure is then possible until 1:00 PM at the latest, subject to prior confirmation by the hosts.

Please let us know the expected time of arrival in advance.

For a late arrival, we ask you to contact us in advance.

2. Breakfast

Breakfast is served from 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m.

We ask you to take the stated hours into account. For special requests regarding breakfast, we ask that you inform us in advance.

3. Respect and peace

We ask all guests to respect the peace in the house and to consider other guests, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Noise and behavior that disturbs other guests are not permitted.

Access to Le Pont Du Roy and its associated spaces is restricted to guests with a reservation and visitors who have obtained prior permission from the management.

To ensure the peace, privacy, and safety of our guests, it is not permitted to bring in individuals who have not obtained prior approval.

We thank you for respecting this rule.

4. Rooms and amenities

We ask you to use the rooms and facilities carefully.

Damage resulting from careless or incorrect use may give rise to a reasoned compensation claim.

Please report any issues in the room to us as soon as possible.

Food is not allowed in the rooms. A refrigerator and a microwave are available in the common area for guests to use to store food and heat meals.

We ask you to leave the common area tidy after use.

5. Smoking and safety

Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation and in the rooms.

Candles, open fires and unauthorized heating appliances are prohibited.

The safety regulations and instructions for emergency exits must be respected.

6. Parking

For guests of Le Pont Du Roy, private parking is available.

Please park in the designated areas and do not obstruct the passage and access for other vehicles.

7. Bicycle parking and safety

There is a locked bicycle storage area available for our guests. The bicycle storage area is equipped with video surveillance.

We ask guests to always lock their bike properly, even when it is placed in the locked bike storage. Guests can also take advantage of the opportunity to clean their bike, perform minor repairs, and charge their electric bike.

Le Pont Du Roy cannot be held liable for theft or damage to bicycles or other personal belongings, except where the law provides otherwise.

The camera surveillance is for the security of the location and is used in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.7. Dogs

8. Dogs are allowed under the following conditions:

Dogs should always be kept on a leash.

The stay of a dog takes place under the responsibility of the owner.

The owner is responsible for the behaviour of the dog and any damage caused by the dog.

Please report in advance that you are bringing a dog.

In room 5, dogs are not allowed.

We ask all dog owners to consider other guests and ensure their dog does not cause any nuisance.

9. Evening meals

An evening meal can be offered on reservation, depending on availability.

Evening meals must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance. The number of places is limited. A meal is only reserved once we have confirmed your request.

The menus and prices will be communicated in advance.

10. Personal belongings and keys

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. We advise keeping valuable items safe.

If you forget something, please contact us so that we can organise a return if possible.

In the event of loss of a room key, a compensation charge may be applied for the reasonable costs arising from the loss, such as replacing the key and, if necessary, adjusting or replacing the lock.

11. Departure

Check before you leave that you haven't forgotten anything and hand over the keys to us according to the agreed procedure.

We ask you to leave the room clean and to report any problems or damage to us before departure.
